Content Contribution, Moderation and approval Policy (CMAP)
Chief Accounts Officer, SPFC, in consultation with NIC, is the Contents Manager for SPP Portal and manages the portal as per the Act and Rules. Nodal Officers and Procuring Entities of the concerned departments are responsible for authenticity and accuracy of the information provided.
Web Content Review Policy (CRP)
Chief Accounts Officer, SPFC, in consultation with NIC, is the Contents Manager for SPP Portal and reviews the portal periodically.
Content Archival Policy (CAP)
State Procurement Facilitation Cell has decided to keep the record of any bid for 180 days from the date of issue of work order. NIC has done such arrangement for the portal.
Website Promotional Techniques
All the advertisements/public messages including Press Releases, Tender Notifications etc. issued in the Newspapers/Audio-visual media by the concerned department will prominently mention the URL of the website (sppp.rajasthan.gov.in) clearly to give it due publicity. Procuring Entity will ensure that no press release or advertisement of any government department shall be issued to the press without checking the presence of the URL of the website and necessary steps will be taken to ensure the presence of relevant corresponding information on the website.
Web Monitoring Policy
Portal, in consultation with NIC, is functional after Security Audit to take care of functionality and broken links. Performance is optimized and prepared for handling of reasonable traffic.
